Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us via our contact page. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please note: while SWIPZ wipes are a personal care product, they are fully covered by our standard return policy and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee below — they are not subject to the personal care exclusion.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every pack of SWIPZ wipes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund the product price (minus original shipping costs) within 30 days — no runaround.
The Money-Back Guarantee operates separately from our standard return policy. Opened and used product is accepted under the guarantee — you do not need to return it in original packaging or unused condition.
How to Qualify
- First-time orders only. One claim per customer on their first purchase. The guarantee does not apply to repeat orders.
- Claim within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days of your confirmed delivery date are not eligible.
- Applies to all orders including sale items. The guarantee applies regardless of whether you purchased at full price or on sale.
- Proof of purchase required. You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Tell us what went wrong. A brief description of the issue is required to process your claim and helps us improve our product.
- Return the unused portion. To protect the integrity of the guarantee, we require any remaining unused wipes to be returned. Once your claim is approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
What's Not Covered
- Repeat or second-time orders from the same customer
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- Claims with no unused product returned
- Damage caused by misuse or use on incompatible materials
